Ian oversees all facets of the day-to-day operations of FITECH, and has directed its expansion into private encrypted cloud services, system selection and business process consulting, lease administration/accounting support and Smart Tech Infrastructure while establishing the largest integrator partnership program in the country. He is also a member of the Friar’s club and active commentator on NBC, CBS and Fox News.

- Opens India office.
- FT PDM is added to FT Cloud
- The cloud becomes the standard and everyone is mobile.

- Opens Florida office.

- Complete full Low Voltage in multiple Garden Apartment Communities.
- Complete Low Voltage in $2B+ towers in Miami and NYC and awarded 4 properties as Wired Score Platinum.
