Matheen Mohamed

Matheen Mohamed brings 20 years of combined experience in real estate back-office support, systems implementation and migration, and training. He oversees FITECH’s accounting operations – including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, sub-ledger analysis, and general ledger management – alongside his work as a process expert in CRE property management, lease administration, and lease audits.
He has helped numerous property management companies successfully run their day-to-day lease administration and accounting operations, providing clients with a robust offshore workflow model for lease abstraction covering due diligence, onboarding, transitional, and full-time equivalent (FTE) support.
Matheen also serves on the Board of Directors of FITECH Consultants India Pvt Ltd, a fully owned subsidiary of FITECH Consultants LLC. In this role, he leads FITECH’s offshore team across three key cities in India – Chennai, Pune, and Bangalore.
